I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I dread having to sit in their waiting room chairs every time I come in for my check-ups. They are the cheap plastic kind and are so uncomfortable.

They would have to stay late because if a child broke a bracket and didnt say anything she would ifx it right away and make every one else wait...There were numerous arguements in the office and when it came to take my daughters braces of after four years she didnt want to do that either. Thank god most of her patients are stat patients because she wouldnt eat because she wouldnt be getting paid.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
