I highly recommend Trimble Dental for all your dental needs. I have been going there for many years for my regular cleanings and dental work and have been very happy. The staff is always professional and friendly, and takes the time to explain procedures and billing. I had a dental emergency a few years ago that required immediate attention and oral surgery. Dr. Trimble made room for me in his schedule and was able to get me in the same day. He had great follow-up days and weeks after the procedure and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I will contiune to visit Trimble dental for my and my families dental needs.

So I got in a biking accident and the police took me to this place because they were able to take me as a mercy patient. They did a crap job on the repair of my chipped tooth (it's starting to fall apart after less than a year!) and it doesn't even look like a part of my tooth. I also went for just a routine check-up and they said I had 8 cavities!!!! In all my 25 years of going to the dentist I have NEVER had a cavity!!! I really wish I got a second opinion on those because I'm fairly sure most of them were just spots on my teeth. They also won't release my records to my new dentist!!! They only will send copies of my xrays. What are they hiding?!??!?!!

Trimble Dental estimates what each patients insurance will cover and requests that they pay the amount in full when you leave the day of. Our insurance covered more than expected so Trimble owed us a refund of over $70. I spoke with our insurance to verify this and they also agreed. When I spoke with the Business Director Jan about the mix-up she said there was no way they would’ve known the difference in the adjusted amount. Which was incorrect because the insurance said they mailed an Explanation of Payment to them. Trimble still billed us $6. Once they realized the mistake she said we would have to wait another month since checks are only cut once a month. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, not only in dentists offices but ever.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The office manager Jan, is managing a circus over there. There is little to no professionalism. Wish I never had stepped foot into Trimble Dental. There are by far better dentists in the area. With better reputations.
