The service at Forest Dental is very professional. Their individualized care is thorough and the attention to my specific needs is most appreciated. I always feel that the doctors and staff have my best interest in mind with each visit.

Dr. McAvoy was highly Recommended to me. I have not been disappointed after my first year. In 68 years I never had any dental problems other than a few filling and my twice a year cleanings. A year ago an excruciating abscess developed around a filling and that tooth and the one next to it had to be pulled. I knew I would be needing a crown and my friends said Dr. McAvoy was superb on getting crowns to fit perfectly the first time. And he DID.

My hygienist, Amy, treats me as a valued patient. She is exceptional, personable, and caring. In my 50+ adult years, her cleanings are the first to be totally pain free. AND, my teeth and gums are at least as clean as ever without my wondering if a tooth will crack or break during the cleaning.

Everyone in the front office staff is excellent, returns my phone calls quickly, and answers questions when I call.

Louanne is an exceptional person to have helping patients. She is efficient, knowledgable, friendly, and follows through on what she says she will do.

Forest Dental Center website says they are a family. From the many phone and office experiences I have had ith them, they work as a family and treat you as family. Kudos!

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Please, please, please don't waste any of your time or money on this office! I have known them to fire their employees for not contributing enough production sales to feed the office. Actually the employees incentives are based upon who can bring in the most sales. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you were completely okay with being ripped off.
