I would highly recommend Aspen Family Dentistry to anyone! They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. They are great with my children as well. We are extremely happy with Aspen Family Dentistry!

A few years ago I went to a different dentist who told me I had 2 cavities. I didn't believe that dentist and decided to go to Aspen Family Dentistry for a 2nd opinion. I did not tell Aspen about the other dentist. Aspen Family Dentistry gave me a complete check up with x-rays and showed that I did not have any cavities.

I have exclusively used Apsen ever since and have always been happy (and after about 4 years am still waiting for my first cavity). The receptionists can be a little frustrating sometimes - especially when it comes to understanding insurance; but the dentist himself is wonderful. His office also seems to have new, higher-tech equipment - unlike the other office I had tried.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

I've been with Dr. Lambert and his staff for 2 years now. I love the personal attention he has given to my children. We've had several emergencies and he's been extremely helpful and prompt. He also has checked after hours with them to see how they are doing. I am indeed happy with their services.

They left me alone on nitrous oxide for quite awhile. It was too high and I couldn't even call out for them to turn it down or anything because I was all high on nitrous oxide. I wished someone was around to make sure I was okay.

Also he charged way too much! He charged $50 just to look in my mouth for four seconds to tell I needed a filling done (which I told him anyway) on top of charging for the filling. He also didn't tell me that the nitrous oxide was extra (at my regular dentist it's not) so I didn't know or I wouldn't have gotten it (not to mention the experience I had with it. Yes, I've had it before, but being left alone for a long time on nitrous is not good).

We stopped in because we were new to the area and they were nearby. they had had 2 cancellations for that afternoon, so we were able to get 2 of the kids in that day, and the other 2 a few days later. Both the doctor and the assistants were great with the kids, and explained everything to me. the waiting area had was close to the exam areas so I could walk back and forth between the child whose turn it was and the others.
when it came time for filling the cavities, I was very impressed that Dr. Lambert was willing to do things a little different for the best of my kids. None of them had a bad experience, although they all had cavities or extractions.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and I plan to go back.
