They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The orthodontist came and looked at my teeth, but they seemed to be in a rush. The assistant was doing most of the work. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I would be hard pressed to give them a recommendation after my experience.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
