They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The admin staff is a bit clueless,and unprofessional, we've been waiting a year for our ins. to "approve sealants"- and this last apt I have an unknown $$$ balance, and they cant tell me what its for-they also cant tell me why they didn't contact me 6 months ago when we had our last apt to notify me of it..I have refused to pay until they can tell me why. last time they confused my 3 with another family with 3 kids, and kept us waiting for almost an hour past our apt time. the dentists and hygienists are great and the kids love them, but it maybe time to find a new dentist.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here.
