They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

I called the clinic yesterday and spoke to the receptionist. I explained to her I needed help asap and I lost my i.d. She told me to come in at 8 the following morning and I will be seen. So today I went in very sick due to a molar that cracked. When we arrived She told me the price so my bf went to the bank to get money. After filling out paper work she asked for my I.d. I told her I lost it and so she looked at me very mean and scoffed very unprofessionally. I went and sat down for about an hour. When my boyfriend returned he was upset to see I hadn't yet been helped. He spoke with her and explained that he had the cash, and that I am very sick because of my tooth. She said she would see what she can do. Well we waited another hour and then after another couple arrived with no I.d. Arrived and were seen by the dentist, my boyfriend returned to the window and asked when I could be seen. By this time I was almost vomiting from the infection I had. She scoffed at him and told him she forgot to call the manager to ask. Then without speaking to anyone she said we couldn't be helped with no I.d even though we just saw a couple being helped. I went to Jefferson clinic up the street and paid a little more, but got great service right away. I'm calling the state in the morning and filing a formal complaint with them. I might even call a lawyer.
