The check in and check out process is very easy. They have had the same staff for many years so there is not much turnover. When you go in they know almost everyone by name- so it makes it easy.

I didn't know that it was procedure to give nitrous oxide to all children and this resulted in a very bad experience for my daughter. She was distraught and sick for the remainder of the day. I do not like the idea that it is policy to drug the children then they insist on doing the procedure without parental supervision while these poor kids are drugged up. They also suggested putting caps on her baby teeth at the age of four. This has since cause issues with her new teeth coming in, two loose teeth for over a year and a half. When I took her in to get them checked they just told me to have her wiggle and twist them and they would come out on their own. Now this has resulting in her needing to get all four teeth with the caps pulled because they would not come out even though her new teeth were coming in behind them.
