After being a patient for some years, I am now looking for a new dentist. About a year ago I got an implant... Biggest mistake ever concerning dentistry. They charged my account before completing the job. The temporary implant fell out twice. I made many blank trips to the office; oral surgeon out of town, dentist did not have proper tools, the tools are not here yet, the tool is the wrong size. After going through hours of discomfort, the implant is not a good fit from day one. I made the hygienist aware of my discomfort as well as dentist. I was told by dentist after returning a few times there was nothing more they could do. I now carry floss with me everywhere I go or else discomfort from food lodging around implant UGH!! I asked office manager it they could reimburse me their portion and of course the answer was NO. I did get many apologies, but we are still paying off the loan, yes loan, this was an investment on my part. I did get a check for some gas money for all those scheduled blank trips & coupons for future services that will never be rendered. Cassandra and the hygenist were always nice.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
