I have been to the dentist office twice now and I'm deciding weather or not I will return. I was very happy with friendliness of most of the staff and Dr. Massengale was was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. My main concern was that the office was not clean!!! I saw dirt and grime on floor and dust balls on tubing and piping leading up to the work instruments. Still deciding...but this raises a red flag in my eyes.

Don't call this provider if you dont want hidden junk fees. They have junk fees called "infection control fee of $12.00"per each visit. This was as expalined for the use of gloves etc. A fee was of $72.00 was charged as I walked in. I had made appointment for cleaning and thought this was total charges. When I was in chair I was told it would take two treament because of tarter built up. I was charged $54 more and if I did not pay she will not clean my theeth. I paid since I was already there. Mind you this lead me to question them more. She cleaned half of th teeth and made appointment for future. I asked if $54.00 included next visit. I was told no and would cost me more. If I needed anesthatic there would be charge of $29.00 on top of normal charges. I think they are very interested in making quick buck. Very unethical. I called several other dentist and NO dentist have this price structure with added fees. DO NOT GO THERE.
