The office staff are very nice and accommodating! I have never received such amazing customer care anywhere. I came in for a routine first visit and explained that my goal was to rejuvenate my smile, which included placing crowns on the front 6, top teeth. Not only was the dentist and the staff highly knowledgeable about the process, they also did a wonderful job explaining the procedures and options available. They even allowed me to come back later the same day to have all of the prep-work done. I have high anxiety related to dental care as my root canal that was done when I was 8, went awry. They were very understanding and took care of my needs. I am awaiting final placement of my crowns and could not be more excited to see the final outcome as I have put off getting this fixed for many years, related to my fear of dental work.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
