I am the wife of a retired dentist. I have 30 years experience in front office employment by dentists both specialists and general dentists; I also ran the Brevard County Volunteer Dental Clinic for 7 years. I had an appointment to re-cement my Maryland (bonded) bridge on Friday Aug.6th, 2021. The dentist was with me for less than 15 min. She did not clean either the abutments (teeth my bridge attaches to) or ultrasonic clean the bridge itself. She applied cement placed the bridge hit it with the curing light and checked my bite. She charged me over $400 dollars for a procedure that should have cost less than half of that. Aliceann Hodgson

Great Dentist, but a very rude and unprofessional office manager. She does not properly contact the insurance company to provide accurate quotes on the day of service. This results in the patient under or over paying for services. When I questioned the estimate, which was over $100 more than my insurance quoted me, she snatched the estimate from me and told me "I need to go somewhere else". If you like being treated like trash for being an aware consumer, you have come to the right place.

Not the best place to go if you have a toothache. Had toothache all weekend couldn't get any relief, went to the office on Monday as soon as they opened. When I asked if they could work me in since it was still aching, I was told to wait till they went to see, came out to tell me to come back at 3, acted like toothache for three days was no big deal. It takes about 15 minutes to pull a tooth, so why could I not be worked in? Just not professional.

Very nice and helpful staff. I popped in without an appointment with a busted tooth and they got me in the chair within an hour or so. Very gentle with their patients. I'll give them an A+

Very friendly staff and the dentist is so sweet and gentle. I had a tooth pulled without feeling it at all. Top notch and professional office from top to bottom.

Dr. Carly and Becca the hygienist are so gentle and very sweet! I am happy to have Dr. Carly as my new dentist for me and my family. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!
