While the waiting list is long (so I'm sure this review won't affect their bottom line) Dr. Winnie has effectively terrified my child in regards to the dentist due to her complete lack of reading a patient's energy and needs. During a filling my child was crying, and instead of remaining calm and reading the situation- Dr. Winnie talked loudly over my child calling the cavities "bugs" while the dental assistant at the same time was telling my child that cavities were "holes." This amplified my daughter's (3 years old) stress and panic. At one point I attempted to sing to my panicked child (partially in hopes that the dentist and assistant would stop talking at her) Dr. Winnie's response to my singing was "OH I KNOW THAT SONG" and then started singing loudly over me. At the end she asked my screaming child if she wanted a sticker 10x after the procedure at which my child begged her to stop talking. Coupled with this the dental assistant previously had been extremely rude and intrusive about the fact that I was paying with cash instead of insurance.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their office is quiet and very clean. I was able to relax very easily. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
