They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Sammy is top notch. He's always been a joy to work with, even when the news wasn't good. He makes me laugh. I've had a couple of root canals and crowns, he can do them right there in the office- even produce the tooth with CNC machine.

I wish that all medical service providers were this dedicated and concerned with their patients well-being.

Loved him! The staff were all sweethearts! I could not stop laughing! They took the time to explain everything to me, so I was always aware what was going on. I didn't have to wait long at all. When Dr. Pratt was doing my fillings, he talked to me the whole time and I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. And they give you a blanket, in case you get too cold. I was about ready to take a nap!

I highly recommend Dr. Pratt's office! I have been going there since I was a teenager. The staff is always friendly and Dr. Pratt is awesome!
