I was referred to this office by another dentist who felt they could make a difficult bridge for me. They fixed my bridge perfectly. Not only was their work good it is a friendly warm office that put me at ease instantly.I have been to many dentists and I would have been a regular patient but I was moving.

Very friendly dentists and staff! Dentists are really very professional and nice and explain procedures in detail to the patient. They do excellent work and will make sure their patient is satisfied with the outcome.
They will also do whatever they can to help in an emergency situation.
I only had positive experiences at Palmetto Family Dentistry.

This is a great group of professionals. The hygienist that cleans my teeth is the best. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their technology is current and they understand customer service. I hated the dentist growing up and had some truly bad experiences, but I have had a 180 degree change in my view of dental care givers since coming to this group. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
