Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, there was no annoying music

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
