It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
