They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Constantly cancelled appts and no phone calls to tell me they were closed. This happened three times now.

Very understanding of people and how we dislike the dentist and sometimes the pain that comes with it. I was made to feel wonderful about the whole thing. Charles is a wonderful man and dentist. He is very kind and helpful and I would trust him with all my dental work. His staff are very nice too. I have never had a dental staff person call me after an appointment... and still haven't as Charles himself called me to see how I was doing as I had some major dental work done. He said if I needed anything to let him know and he was always very helpful...before, during and after! All and all I would recommend them for anything you need. Excellent people! This from the biggest baby he ever had as a patient.
