I have some health issues so a letter was required from my primary before a tooth could be extracted. A month later the letter came thru and I went in to have the work done. When the novacane didn't work completely after a half hour, they told me I would have to see an oral surgeon to get the antibiotics to treat the infection. I called the emergency number for the oral surgeon and was scheduled for the next morning only to learn that he didnt accept my insurance. I called Dr Jeff back and was told I would just have to find an oral surgeon that did take my insurance and they would have to take care of me from there. Needless to say I felt pretty screwed. I sat in the car and cried. My tooth hurt, I had to go to work, I had no way to make calls trying to find someone else. Another dentist took care of everything for me. This was like zero concern for the patient.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The younger son is the WORST!!! He is rood, ignorant, and a terrible dentist.He literally drilled a hole in my cheek and when I complained told me it was normal. Unfortunately he put 2 crowns on my front teeth that other dentists have laughed at and another crown on a molar that is entirely too big, I think he put someone else's crown in my tooth. Unless you want your teeth in worse shape than before you went to the dentist, find another, any other!!!!!!!!!!!!
