Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They answered most of my issues (look at the clock constantly), but I could use more information. Their staff was not that friendly and did not go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel that my appointment was pointless.Doctor forgot about me after he made me the first injection, and then he made ​​a second anesthesia in a half hour again. I felt worse when I left. The next doctor visit dentist put the crown on my tooth, but he ignored what I had tooth pain.In few days, I visited the dentist again because my tooth was painful (the same tooth, but now he is under the crown). But there was another dentist in the day, who did treatment in the crown! (Yes, they have drilled whole in my crown!) They are treated and put the filling in my tooth through crown.Then doctor told me to change the crown (another payment out of pocket).
Finally, I changed dentist.The new doctor said that I might lose my tooth at all, because of root cracking.
I will never go back to Rowan Associates!
