There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
