This office did not provide detailed information about their proceedures. I thought I was going in for a cleaning and was simply evaluated to tell me that I needed to get a cleaning. Then I had to make a seperate appointment for the cleaning. The dentist missed that I had a cracked tooth even after I pointed it out to her. I had to make another appointment to have my cracked tooth evaluated and then another to have the work actually done. I ended up needing a root canal. I thought I was coming in for the root canal but it turned out I was coming in to be evaluated to see if I needed a root canal which I'd already been told I needed - so then I had to make ANOTHER appointment. I believe they're bilking my insurance by scheduling so many appointments. I'll be switching dentists. I'm not happy with the work they did either. My filling isn't flush with the surface of my tooth.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
