I love his office staff & hygienists but don't care for Dr. smith himself.. if you have OHP, he treats you like you don't matter & disregards what you say & does as he wishes.. He actually started grinding down a piece of my jaw bone before i was numb, then as i was screaming for him to stop because it was hurting BAD he took another tool & popped the piece of bone out, all while i was screaming in pain. then sat me up patted me on the shoulder & said "it should start to feel better now" and walked out with no regard to how i was feeling physically or mentally.

Absolutely! It looked brand new

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
