They're able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
