There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Be warned. If you're looking for a sensitive,caring and professional physician, Dr. Jerry Mayer is not the one to see. My daughter was recently referred there for a tooth extraction. Unfortunately, she was turned away at the front desk for owing $45 from her last vist which her insurance didn't pay! When I called the office later to make an arrangement to pay the $45, I was informed that Dr. Mayer now refused to see her at all ! Apparently the doctor's ego was bruised because she stated she would try to find someone else. My advice? Look for another doctor. There are still a few who put their patients first and behave in a professional manner.
