Great dentist, great hygienists.

Horrible. Don't want to give one star. They called you about appointments you don't have about issues your teeth you were never made awatercolor of, the hygienist gave my child fluoride treatment without my consent, then the office manager lied and said she wasnt aware of the office procedures regarding parental consent. I got my teeth "cleaned" and went home and scraped the tarter and plaque the hygienist failed to get. Then dentist came in, checked my teeth, poked at one on particular, said my teeth looked great and sent me home. the tooth that was poked around hurt after, but I figured it was because my teeth were just cleaned. A couple of days later, I noticed a lot of food getting stuck and my gum was inflammed. Upon closer inspection, there was a hole in my tooth. I called as soon as I discovered this and not only would they not make me an appointment, they told me not to bother coming in as an . I went somewhere else without any issues.
If you value your oral health, avoid this place.

I have been waiting 3 hours for an Emergency!!! Good thing I'm not bleeding to death! Absolutely no empathy for patients without an appt who utilize their emergency services!

Called to make new patient appointments for my children because their prior Dental Clinic closed. Explained to Receptionist it had been a while since their last check-up, and I'd like them seen as soon as possible, as I was worried about possible cavities.
SOON to them...next available appointments...over 3 months away!!
I really miss Small Smiles!!!!
