I've been going to East Fishkill Dental Group since the beginning of 2019. This a welcoming dedicated team of professionals, situated in a unique designed office, serene and clean. My dentist is Doctor Kirschenbaum, a dental care perfectionist, who is soft spoken and speaks few words. My oral surgeon is Dr. Jacobson, a fine surgeon who pleasantly answered all my concerns. He gave his assurance that all would go well, and he was right (4th day after surgery: consumed soft foods with no complications). As for the Dental Assistants and Front Desk Clerical Staff, they work diligently assisting the dentists and oral surgeon, to provide excellent dental care. Therefore, I highly recommend "East Fishkill Dental Group" for they continue to go above and beyond my expectations.

The past reviews I read here are about a dentist who has left.

Dr Kirshenbaum, was one of the best dentists I ever had,and I am 65 years old.

In a word.....BRUTAL....my biggest beef is that my daughter had a filling done there ....not a difficult assignment for any competent dentist ...it has since fell out and she is in a great deal of pain that persists so we have to go to another dentist to rectify . The wait times are comical ...I have gone several times with the kids and 45 mins to 1 hour PAST your scheduled appointment is commonplace...sometimes LONGER ...no one seems to care about that very much there. On the upside...they have many classic rock album covers in frames on the wall along with other rock and roll memorabilia ....SO ...PART ON DUDES.....TOTALLY AWESOME .....what a joke ...avoid this place unless you smoke a joint and want to check out the memorabilia ...don't worry ...you will have plenty of time because it will likely take an hour and a half before they realize you don't actually HAVE an appointment ...that's plenty of time to look at DARK SIDE OF THE MOON...OR TOMMY BY THE WHO

This is the absolute WORST dental office ever!! I went to have a tooth extracted & before I went made sure they knew I needed to be sedated, as I had a really bad experience with a dentist years ago & am terrified to have dental work. I waited 3 hours to see the oral surgeon for which I had a an appt, but then he was the most uncaring rude jerk I have ever met! He Had absolutely no compassion or bedside manner whatsoever!! He had the attitude that he couldn't be bothered with sedating me. He tried once to get the IV in and couldn't get a vein (as he was not trying very hard was just going through the motions to say he tried). Then told me that he couldn't get the IV in & I shouldn't need to be sedated. I tried to explain to him that I had a bad experience once & felt more comfortable being sedated. He then tells me that they don't deal with uptight patients, and basically called me a baby. I got up and left. I have never been so infuriated in my life! Also, the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They sit behind the desk and discuss lunch & vacations. It takes forever to be acknowledged when you come into the office. I will NEVER go back there again and I will tell anyone who will listen not to go there. If I could give a "No Star" rating that's exactly what they would get.
