My original dentist stopped taking my insurance, so I ended up going to a dental group, after a few cleanings without any issues, a new hygienist suggested I get deep cleaning, I declined, I wasn't having any issues, no pain, no infections, no bad breath and no one ever suggested the need for this procedure before and I was just in their office 6 months ago for a routine cleaning. she told me she could not and no one in the office would clean my teeth unless I get a deep cleaning. so, I seeked a second opinion. I had a few people who gave Dr.Wong's name, she also accepted my insurance. I made an appt for a second opinion. the Hygienist Iris was fantastic, she not only examined my teeth and gums but proceeded to give me a cleaning. Iris went over my current medical records and my situation and said I had no need for a deep cleaning at this time. Dr Wong also came in and reexamine me and also confirmed I didn't need a deep cleaning. I made an appt for another cleaning in 6mos.and walked out a very happy man and with a new dentist.

Horrible service. They neglect to tell you that you have to be seen twice before they will treat you. The first time to evaluate you, the second time to go over treatment options and start treatment. You only have two time slots for the first two appointments. most of us work. It would be different if the two days were at different times. All I wanted was an adjustment.
