Beware of this place!!!!! I drove all the way from Fayetteville was on time. They told me they took me off the book because they did not hear from me... WTH 😳. I own a Spa and Salon , every Monday we do conformations for the whole week. Can you even imagine if we just gave a way a two hour slot to someone else at our will. Totally Unprofessional. Then the receptionist came out of the door and literally was tailgating me and stuck her middle finger up at me, you just can’t make this Crap Up. They told me that they tried calling me on my home phone ummm okay....

Aftrr goin to the dentist six months ago inwas told i could no longer see them for insurance reasons i found a new dentist when i saw them yesterday they told me i had 3fillins that had to be done plus one botched fillin that cicero dental did and i brolke out the fillin becuase of a botched poor job the dentist did puttin in the original fillin now 4fillings have to be done 3 of them i didnt know i had till yesterday not happy i found out the way i did cicero dental hid the fact i had 3fillings that had to be attened to when i left wss litterally fumming at the new dentist when i found out poor dentist cicero dentist is cant even tell u the truth about whats wrong lied to me straight face the hygentist lied to me straight faced and then they left me in a lurch thnxs ciero dental for the botched fillin and not tellin me about any problems crappy dentist dont reccomend them at all would not wish this place on my worst enemy

son went in for root canal, has infection , dentist never gave him meds for infection, had root canal with infection, has been in Gallisano for same tooth with infect 2 years earlier , when son went in for root canal has no swelling , for a week no he has had swelling, left my job to take him back to dentist for in crease in liquid antibiotics , dentist said" I was going to give him 500ml but he's a big boy and doesn't swallow pills", I said then increase the amount of liquid.,her response "I don't like liquid, so my son is almost done with the teaspoon 4x a day and still has the infection, I adv the office mnger that my son will not see that dentist again , also my daughter(22) took my son in for root canal , he was scared and the dentist said , don't cry I'm not hurting you , my daughter said she was very rude ,then has to have another dentist come in to tell her how to perform the root canal. wish I was there no time off work so opted to have daughter take him which would have been fine if the dentist knew what she was doing and cared....then when I was complaining to office manger, the asst came out and said "If you thing it is ominious then take him to the ER , are you serious I left my job so it wouldn't become serious again and end up in Gallisano , unreal!! thanks for the obvious!
