I was sought out my dentist because of a molar with a root canal that cracked. X-rays showed my original root canal may not have been done properly. My dentist referred me to Dr. Park. She was very empathetic with my situation, gave me her opinion on the various options I could through (bridge, crown, implant), and gave me numerous opportunity to ask questions. She even gave me her opinion on a few dentist who could do the implant, and contacted them to help me price out my options. Ultimately I went with a crown, which required my original root canal to be retreated. Dr. Park did it, and I must say it was very pleasant, I nearly fell asleep in the chair. Wonderful experience overall. Dr. Park and her team made every attempt to make sure I was completely comfortable in the chair. Dr. Park communicated with my home dentist and I throughout the entire process, and well I just haven't had an experience list this. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely person, lovely team. Really, go to her if you need a root canal. Or any general dentistry.

Most of this is my answering standard questions. I went to Dr. Park for a root canal on a tooth that was very painful. She was actually so gentle and calming that I fell asleep in her chair! I would recommend Dr. Park to anyone. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
