I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I have been going there for a few years now with an gentlemen w/Autism and the process of getting him to enter a building is difficult, I was able to get him in the first visit, they took their time, and were so calm and caring, they were able to do a complete cleaning, ever since I have not had one instance when the individual was afraid to have his teach cleaned, a wonderful place with very super caring staff.

Dr Rick has been my dentist for at least 20 years. I have had many issues and much work. Because of his gentle nature and care and his understanding of his patients various financial situations, he and his staff (who are the very friendly and kind) are very easy to work with.
I have recomended many of my friends to this office and they have all been pleased.
