I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
