First appt was today....dr gracias was very personable, communicated to me every detail of my MRI and explained what my options were/are. I walked away feeling very confident and hopeful about my future. I had to call the office a few hours later and have them fax some pre op orders..and within 5 minutes, it was done...seriously! If first impressions are any indication, Ill be in good hands. Upon doing some research, before my appt, I discovered that Dr Gracias was the first MD on staff with Metro, after many years at Butterworth. Im definatly not looking forward to surgery, but am relieved knowing that I can rely on his years of expertise, and his true compassion for his patients.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
