I recently had dentures made and they are excellent! The staff was most pleasant and professional. The dentist seemed to go above and beyond to make sure it was all correct the first time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. The office was easy enough to find. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. The receptionist is not very friendly, neither is the dentist. I understand there are other dentists working at this clinic so this comment is directed at the one who gave me the exam.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
