If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Very unprofessional. Improper billing. Sent to collections over $58 that was never billed to me. Now they won't see either of my kids over $58. That's fine. I'll take services elsewhere and will be happy when I don't have to call to tell you how to bill my claim properly after every service.

Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Drs. Groves and Fender are terrific dentists. I've been a patient with Dr. Groves for many years now and have never had a bad experience. Mary, my hygienist is wonderful as well. Going to the office is like visiting family friends. They are always concerned about your well being and take the time to listen to your needs. I've referred several people in my family to see him. Groves & Fender Family Dentistry is highly recommended by me.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.
