DON'T GO, I REPEAT DON'T GO TO PAINful DENTISTRY!!! I have an extremely high tolerance of pain. Yet every single time they stupidly made me jump out of my chair. I was told to let them know if I was experiencing pain but it's kind of hard to say anything with the dentist pulling my mouth one way and the assistant pulling in the opposite direction, seriously. I thought they would have figured that out by the sobs and tears, I have not sobbed like that since I was a child. I have waited nearly 8 months to get to get my implants, paid over 20,000, have never had a visit that was not incredibly painful, they have returned my implants 3 or 4 times to the "lab" but they just can't seem to get them to fit. I am now going for my 4th try in a couple days, I'm scared. There is so much more that I won't go into, but take my advice go to a real professional, not these inept so called dentists. RUN FAST RUN HARD!!

This dental office was amazing! Every one was plesant and professional. I am getting dental implants and the price is 1/2 of what my local dentist charges.

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

I cannot say enough about the unprofessional behavior of Dr. West and his staff. They showed me a truly astonishing disregard for me, the pateint, and my comfort and convenience. I've never been treated this way before in my life. I made a downpayment for a procedure and they failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. I would not recommend this dentist to my worse enemy. Stay away!!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were also very informative about cost's up front and working with me to get my worst teeth fixed first. Also not at all pushy about extra services. Basic, plain and simple.
