The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
