I called to schedule an appt due to pain; they were able to see me that day. My wait was minimal. They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. His staff is so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I went back the next week to begin my treatment plan. Dr. Bederson was patient and thorough. He told me exactly what he was going to do, and why. I was educated and comfortable throughout the session. He was even good with the needles! I left feeling confident in him and his staff. I have several more sessions to go, and am glad I found him. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting him. I feel a lot more hopeful about the future of my oral health. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
