Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They have really fantastic waiting room chairs at their office that I could just sit in forever. I love to just lounge and catch up on my reading, while waiting for my appointment.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

My daughter was in a lot of pain during her last visit and the cut her gums while taking out her e-arch, making them bleed. When she came out she was crying and sweating. I feel this could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They did not tell us anything about how her teeth would look after the braces, so I have no idea how long to expect to have braces. They were late a few times to my appointments, and once overlooked us completely and we were there for an hour before they saw her, even though we checked in. There also has never, in the two years that my daughter has been treated, been a consultation with me, the parent of the patient, to discuss progress.
