Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Dr.Mills seems like a good dentist. He is a little dry and right to the point. Dr. Ruffner is very nice all around.The office has strange operations. For a 8am appointment if you arrive 10 minutes before, the doors are locked and all early appointments are waiting outside.Doors open 8am not a minute earlier. The desk gets everyone at once. Lunch time the phone says office is closed, saying nothing about office closed from noon to 1pm being lunch. Office staff is ok, not great.
