the office people are very unprofessional and don't care about the patients and can not get their days right

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Great staff, polite and concerned about care given. Maintained privacy and offered assistance when needed.Noticed others being treated with respect and genuine empathy. Thank you.
