I called 3 dentists because of a very bad toothache. This was the only dentist that offerred to see me on that same day. The staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. I was so pleased with the overall dental care and services that I returned a month later.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left. Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
