Ther should be more stars to rate this dental practice!! Dr. Mark has been my dentist for almost 20 years. I gladly drive over 1 hour to see him and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. He and his staff are worthy of all the praise.

I scheduled an appt with Mark Stephens to have a wisdom tooth removed after I was told he was a great dentist. Upon calling to set up the appt, immediately the reception asked what insurance carrier I had; thus, I responded with the name. She then stated that his office accepted my insurance and I would only have a co-pay. However, when I arrived at the appt the next day. I filled out all of the paperwork and waited until my name was called. I met Dr. Mark Stephens who proceeded to numb my tooth I was having pulled which took about 10 minutes. I then sat for approximately an hour waiting for him to come back to begin the procedure. After all that time, in walks a receptionist later followed by Dr. Stepehens nonchantly. He tells me that they don't take my insurance after all, but he is willing to pull it for $101.00. Oh and he then says, " Enjoy my Christmas." I was furious as I had wasted all that time at his office!! He did not say he was sorry for my incovience or nothing. Then as I walked out the room, the receptionist had the nerve to say that he may charge me $56 for a consultation. This dentist and his staff are a joke. They lack professionalism and simply don't care. Whatever you do- don't waste your time and money with this dentist and his staff. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
