Had nothing but bad experience. If has been several years, hope he and his staff have seen the light; it appears from recent reviews that they have. We will never go back though.

I am terrified of a dentist. I went to Dr. Pickens office and discussed this with his hygienist. After sweating it for quite some time I decided to try the sedation dentistry. I had a crown put on with NO STRESS and NO PAIN. Later, I needed a root canal and went back without hesitation. The root canal was painless also. I would recommend Dr. Pickens Family Dentistry to anyone

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
