I got there sign in, and the receptionist never called my name, more asian people kept coming in and they got greated like family. the doctor would come out and say hello to everyone. after an hour pass my schedule appointment i stood up and asked if i need to fill out paper work. the lady did not understand english. they are very friendly to asian people. but i really felt like an outkast, the entire time there everyone was talking in there language. I decided to step out and not see the doctor. worst experience ever.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I was given an appointment promptly and impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
