NeVER GO TO THIS OFFICE, I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TOOTH EXTRACTION 4 DAYS BEFORE APPOINTMENT AND DR.LEE TRIED TO PULL MY TOOTH KNOWING I HAD INFECTION IN IT, THE STAFF DID NOT PRESCRIBE ANTIBIOTICS TO TREAT.AFTER SHOOTING ME WITH NOVICAIN 12x, My body rejected it , NOBODY APOLOGIZED AND SENT ME TO ANOTHER DENTIST THE STAFF WAS SO RUDE!!! Especially the insurance lady who had a rude attitude!! After all this, next morning my face swollen with infection I had obtained abscess, and was told that I could not receive a dr"s statement for work...NEVER!!! Go to Westside Family Dentist!! Very unprofessional and Rude

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.
