It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all.
