I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.
