Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
