They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The waiting room furniture looked and smelled like they cleaned it regularly. They clearly know the importance of a good first impression. I was very impressed. I always feel confident when I talk with the staff. They seem to really care about helping me and giving me the answers that I need. The waiting room was a pleasure. It smelled and looked very clean. They were absolutely wonderful and were the best I had been to.I was a patient of. His since jan.1984.he saved my life many times.he is a nice man with a good heart.and will go out of his way to help you. Love this guy!he is a brilliant psychiatrist!

He is a brilliant psychiatrist. Saved my life. But his staff is extremely rude. I finally quit seeing him because I couldn't stand dealing with the bitch at the font desk. The tv that is always blaring in the waiting room was quite nerve racking.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not at all! They barely listened to a word I said

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
