No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
